You won’t find us.

There is no storefront, no menu in the window, no name beside the buzzer. An address arrives two days before the evening. You climb the stairs of an apartment that could belong to a friend — because for one night, it does.

Coats are taken. A drink is placed in your hand before you ask. The room is candlelit, the record player is on, and the city goes quiet behind the curtains.

Twelve chairs, chosen
as carefully as the wine.

Every seating is curated by hand: founders mid-build, investors worth listening to, the occasional wildcard who makes the evening. No name tags, no pitches, no panels. What is said at the table stays at the table.

III  ·  The Courses

Seven courses, one long conversation.

The menu is seasonal, printed on paper you may keep, and never repeated. Wine pairings are poured without ceremony and without end.

The rarest thing we serve
is the guest list.

Seats are extended to founders and investors by application or by referral from a past guest. We read every application ourselves. Most evenings, someone leaves with a term sheet conversation; everyone leaves with a reason to return.

Upcoming seatings

Evenings begin at eight and end when they end. Seats are $150 per guest, settled privately after your application is accepted.
